美国Biorep PERI5灌注系统（PERI5 Perifusion System ）

PERI5 灌注系统用于对胰岛或细胞进行离体测试。这些微器官充当胰腺中的天然葡萄糖传感器。PERI5 灌注系统使一组胰岛能够在受控环境中用含有不同浓度的葡萄糖和/或测试物质的多达十二种不同的溶液进行浸泡。

蠕动泵将灌注液推入含有胰岛、细胞或胰腺切片的灌注室，并将灌注液收集在 96 孔板中以供进一步分析。根据使用的灌注室的数量和预设的采样率自动进行样品采集。该系统多可并行容纳十二个灌注室。通过使用集成泵再循环冷冻水或酒精，可以将收集板保持在所需的温度。
