Fast Maxime ™ RT PreMix (Oligo (dT) 15 Primer) enables effective cDNA synthesis in a short time (5 min). Using the ALHP system, all components required for synthesis are accurately dispensed into each tube. In addition, it is a dried pellet type product which shows remarkable reproducibility by significantly reducing the error in the experiment. It is a product with excellent stability due to oxidation and moisture prevention of major constituents in product by vacuum compression manufacturing method. This product is easy to apply to RNA with poly (A) tail because it contains Oligo (dT) primer and can be easily tested by adding template RNA and RNase free DW. The synthesized cDNA can be applied to various subsequent experiments and excellent follow-up results are derived.
