L W L Development Limited is a professional distributor of scientific instruments with focus on the China market. It was established in 1990 upon becoming an exclusive regional distributor of Agilent Technologies, Inc. (previously known as Hewlett-Packard) in the northern part of China, and has since been a significant sales contributor to Agilent over these many years.
