Security Division

Our Security division, Rapiscan Systems, is a leading supplier of security inspection solutions utilizing X-ray and gamma-ray imaging and advanced threat identification techniques such as neutron and diffraction analysis. Our products are sold into four market segments: Baggage and Parcel Inspection, Cargo and Vehicle Inspection, Hold Baggage Screening, and People Screening. We have an installed base globally of more than 70,000 security and inspection systems.

Through product innovation and careful targeting of growth opportunities, we focus on providing solutions that meet demanding security requirements while offering customers outstanding value in the security screening and inspection industry.

Healthcare Division

Our Healthcare division, Spacelabs, provides innovative medical systems and services that meet the patient monitoring, anesthesia delivery and ventilation, and diagnostic cardiology needs of clinicians and healthcare facilities around the world.

We have a new mission with a focus on providing solutions to our partners - the clinicians - to help improve the care experience for our true customers - the patients and their families.

Optoelectronics Division

Our Optoelectronics division designs, manufactures, and markets optoelectronic products and provides electronics manufacturing services (EMS) for use in a broad range of applications for commercial, military, aerospace, industrial, healthcare, and homeland security applications. Our products and services are widely used in systems for training and simulation, satellite and missile guidance, range finders, test and measurement, renewable energy, and medical imaging and diagnostics, among others.
