This HIF-1 beta antibody is useful for Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections. This antibody did not work in Immunocytochemistry. By Western blot, this antibody recognizes a band at 92 kDa representing HIF-1 beta in induced tissues and cells. Background non-specific bands are minimal on MCF7 human nuclear extracts. Background may increase with whole cell extract preparations. Lower dilutions may be needed for whole cell extract preps. Use in Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence reported in scientific literature (PMID: 17003483). Use in Gel super shift assay reported in scientific literature (PMID: 11046109). In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size-Wes, Sally Sue/Peggy Sue. |
