| Description | Mucolipins constitute a family of cation channel proteins with homologs in mouse, Drosophila, and C. elegans. Mutations in the human MCOLN1 gene (MIM 605248) cause mucolipodosis IV (MIM 262650). This MCOLN3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 517-546 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MCOLN3. |
