| Description | Extracted from a pure H. pylori cell culture derived from one single H. pylori colony. Extraction from the whole H. pylori cells by a combination of detergent extraction and sonication. Detergent removed from final product. H. pylori Protein is an antigen isolated from whole Helicobacter pylori (strain ATCC 43504) cell sonicates. Inactivation: H. pylori is oxygen-sensitive. Exposure to air for more than one hour results in the loss of its viability. Extraction of the antigen takes 48-60 hours and H. pylori does not survive. |
