| Description | The Ansh Labs' Inhibin A ELISA kit is a quantitative three-step sandwich immunoassay. Ansh Inhibin A ELISA captures the BetaA-subunit and sandwiches Inhibin A specifically by detecting the alpha-subunit. The monoclonal antibody pair was developed in-house by Ansh Labs and detects Inhibin A without detectable cross-reactivity to other related proteins. Analytical measureable range of 10 - 1200 pg/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states. Sensitive to 5.45 pg/mL. Total 4 hour incubation at room temperature. Long shelf life of 24 months. Includes all reagents needed to run a 96-well plate, shipped at ambient temperatures and stored at 2-8C. For Research Use Only within the United States.
