A monoclonal antibody specific for IFNγ has been coated onto the wells of the microtiter strips provided. Samples, including standards of known IFNγ concentrations and unknowns are pipetted into these wells. During the first incubation, the IFNγ Antigens and a biotinylated monoclonal antibody specific for IFNγ are successively incubated. Sample Types: serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant. Range: 0.78-25 pg/ml. Sensitivity: 0.69 pg/ml.
