| Description | The Quantikine Mouse LIF Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure mouse LIF levels in cell culture supernates, serum, and EDTA plasma. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant mouse LIF and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. Results obtained for naturally occurring mouse LIF showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values of natural mouse LIF. Range: 21.90 - 1400 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 3.13 pg/mL. Time: 4.5 hours |
