| Description | The Quantikine® Human DPPIV/CD26 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure human DPPIV in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma, saliva, and urine. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human DPPIV, and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural human DPPIV showed dose-response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine® kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human DPPIV. Range: 0.31 - 20 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.072 ng/mL. Time: 4.5 hours |
