| Description | The Quantikine Human sVCAM-1 Immunoassay is a 2 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure human sVCAM-1 in cell culture supernates, serum, and plasma. It contains CHO cell-expressed recombinant human sVCAM-1 and has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural human sVCAM-1 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for naturally occurring sVCAM-1. Range: 6.25 - 200 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 1.26 ng/mL. Time: 2 hours |
