| Description | The Quantikine Mouse CHI3L1 immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure CHI3L1 in cell culture supernates, mouse serum, and plasma. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant mouse CHI3L1 and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. This immunoassay has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant mouse CHI3L1. Results obtained using natural mouse CHI3L1 showed dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine mouse kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural mouse CHI3L1. Range: 62.50 - 4000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 16 pg/mL. Time: 4.5 hours |
