| Description | Calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine/threonine kinase. Isoform 1 is a negative regulator of apoptosis in direct contrast to its human homolog. Isoform 2 has no effect on apoptosis and its function is unknown. This Mouse Dapk1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 385-412 amino acids from the N-terminal region of mouse Dapk1. |
