| Description | CD49c (Integrin alpha 3) Monoclonal Antibody (17C6), FITC. CD49c (ITGA3) is involved in interstitial lung disease, nephrotic syndrome, and epidermolysis bullosa, congenital (ILNEB). A multiorgan disorder characterized by congenital nephrotic syndrome, interstitial lung disease, and epidermolysis bullosa. The respiratory and renal features predominate, and lung involvement accounts for the lethal course of the disease. The disease is caused by mutations affecting the gene represented in this entry. |
