The extent of incorporation of the enzyme γ-glutamyl transpeptidase in erythrocyte membranes was five times higher when proteoliposomes were prepared from L-DPPC as compared to control.{14478} L-DPPC incorporated liposomes have potential in establishing active immunotherapy with antigens exhibiting poor immunogenicity, such as glycosphingolipid antigens.{14479} |
