| Description | PAPP-A Antibody is a Mouse monoclonal antibody for hormones and steroids against PAPP-A. The antibody was obtained from cell cultures of hybridized Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. For detection of htPAPP-A and dPAPP-A in a sandwich immunoassay, it is recommended to use. Recognises heterotetrameric PAPP-A (htPAPP-A placental blood form consisting of PAPP-A subunits and pro-MBP subunits) and dimeric PAPP-A (dPAPP-A atherosclerotic tissue form consisting of two PAPP-A subunits). |
