Description | MUL1 Polyclonal Antibody. P65 NLS is a transcription factor belonging to NF-kappa B family with the N-terminal Rel homology domain of the NF-kB family, a C-terminal transcription activation domain and a nuclear receptor interaction motif (LXXLL). p65 is a part of the nuclear localization signal (NLS) polypeptide of NF-kB (p50/p65) heterodimer. IkBa the most abundant IkB interacts with active NF-kB p65 homodimers and inactivates their transcriptional potential by trapping them in the cytoplasm and through stable complex formation. It is ubiquitously expressed in most of the tissues. |
