Sigma’s Prehybridization Solution contains 200 μg/mL DNA in 10x SSC and 2X Denhardt’s solutions:
• 200 μg/mL DNA
• 2mg Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)
• 2mg Ficoll
• 2mg Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)
• 0.15 M sodium citrate
• 1.5M NaCl
