Suitable for neutralizing the DNA extract obtained with use of Sigma′s REDExtract-N-Amp^™ Tissue PCR Kits.

General description

This Neutralization Buffer B is intended for use with Sigma′s REDExtract-N-Amp^™ Tissue PCR Kits. This buffer is used to neutralize the DNA extract and be combined with the REDExtract-N-Amp PCR Reaction Mix and PCR primers to amplify target DNA. The REDExtract-N-Amp Kits include a sufficient volume of Neutralization Buffer B for at least one neutralization per extraction. However, where additional amplifications are required, supplemental Neutralization Buffer may be needed.
