保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

KLHDC5 contains 1 BTB (POZ) domain and 6 Kelch repeats. It is phosphorylated upon DNA damage, possibly by ATM or ATR. The exact function of KLHDC5 is currently unknown.

Function:
Substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex required for mitotic progression and cytokinesis. The BCR(KLHL42) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of KATNA1. Involved in microtubule dynamics throughout mitosis.

Subunit:
Component of the BCR(KLHL42) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, at least composed of CUL3 and KLHL42. Interacts (via the BTB domain) with CUL3. Interacts (via the kelch domains) with KATNA1.
