保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

DEAD box proteins, characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp (DEAD), are putative RNA helicases. They are implicated in a number of cellular processes involving alteration of RNA secondary structure such as translation initiation, nuclear and mitochondrial splicing, and ribosome and spliceosome assembly. Based on their distribution patterns, some members of this family are believed to be involved in embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth and division. This gene encodes a DEAD box protein, which shows little similarity to any of the other known human DEAD box proteins, but shows a high similarity to mouse Ddx24 at the amino acid level. Tissue Specificity:
Ubiquitous. Most abundant in heart and brain, but with lowest levels in thymus and small intestine.

Post-translational modifications:
Phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR.

Belongs to the DEAD box helicase family. DDX24/MAK5 subfamily.
Contains 1 helicase ATP-binding domain.
Contains 1 helicase C-terminal domain.
