Product overview

AFP is embryonic period of single polymer glycoprotein synthesized by the liver, the alpha globulin, fetal the highest levels, 4 ~ 5 month later gradually decline, after the birth of a child soon suppressed protein synthesis, the age of the baby AFP concentration is close to the adult level, little content. When suffering from primary liver cancer, liver cells and restore the ability of synthesis of AFP, patients serum AFP levels increased significantly. To detect the content of serum AFP can effectively warning the occurrence of liver tumor.
