  CA199- sugar protein is a kind of mucin tumor markers, as the sugar on the cell membrane lipid, reason rat monoclonal antibody 116 ns19- recognition and naming. Is reported to date has the highest sensitivity to pancreatic cancer markers. It in the form of salivary mucin exists in blood serum, distributed in the normal 

fetal pancreas, gallbladder, liver, bowel and normal pancreas and bile duct epithelium in adults. Is found in the circulation of the blood of gastrointestinal tumor related antigen. 

The positive rate of the gastric cancer is about 25% 60%, and is associated with tumor stage. For gastric cancer patients, detecting CEA positive rate can be improved at the same time; 

Rectum and colon cancer patients, the positive rate of 18% to 18%, is associated with tumor stage. Determination of CEA sensitivity can be improved at the same time, if the effective
