 人骨骼肌成肌细胞说明:

 
       骨骼肌细胞是人体内最大的细胞之一。它们是成肌细胞融合形成的多核细胞。骨骼肌再生是有许多因素参与的复杂过程。当骨骼肌受损时,静止的、被称为卫星细胞的成肌细胞被激活增殖、迁移、最终分化。多种的细胞信号途径,包括***脂酰肌醇(-3)激酶、钙神经素、JAK2/STAT3和有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶,参与骨骼肌的生长。在体外培养的人类骨骼肌细胞中进行的骨骼肌分化实验发现胰岛素刺激的葡萄糖转运是葡萄糖转运蛋白4介导的,硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖也与此过程有关。单核细胞融合形成多核肌管是骨骼肌发育的中心事件。该过程的发生和进展中,成肌细胞控制着一系列复杂的 人骨骼肌成肌细胞交互活动。骨骼肌细胞的培养是研究细胞分化中该过程的重要模型。    
 
        人骨骼肌细胞(HSkMC)提取于人肩带骨骨骼肌组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105cells/ml,此细胞通过对myosin, actin和actinin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。 人骨骼肌成肌细胞
