Description | | Biotin Labeled Antibody, Glu-Glu |
Intended Use | | **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use. |
Clone | | Glu-Glu |
Form | | Labeled Antibody (in PBS + 0.03% Thimerosal) |
Host | | Mouse |
IsoType | | IgG1 |
[Ab] | | 1 mg/mL |
Specificity | | The Glu-Glu monoclonal antibody was raised against the synthetic peptide, CEEEEYMPME, derived from the polyoma virus medium T antigen. It is extremely specific and to recognize either six amino acid sequence, EYMPME, or EFMPME. This antibody was subsequently purified via a protein-G column and conjugated to biotin. |
Uses | | This antibody is effective in immunofluorescence, immunoblotting, and immunoprecipitation. |
Suggested Working Dilution | | The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:1,000*
- Immunofluorescence: 1:1,000
- Immunoprecipitation: 1:150
|
Notes | | *Our Posi-Tag Control Protein (PRO-133P) can be used as a helpful positive control for this antibody.
This product is also useful in western analysis when combined with our anti-BIOT antibody (PRB-167P). |
Storage | | Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody. For long-term storage, keep the antibody at -80°C. |
