Specificity		The Glu-Glu monoclonal antibody was raised against the synthetic peptide, CEEEEYMPME, derived from the polyoma virus medium T antigen. It is extremely specific and to recognize either six amino acid sequence, EYMPME, or EFMPME. This antibody was subsequently purified via a protein-G column and conjugated to biotin.
Uses		This antibody is effective in immunofluorescence, immunoblotting, and immunoprecipitation.
Suggested Working Dilution		The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Western blot: 1:1,000* Immunofluorescence: 1:1,000 Immunoprecipitation: 1:150
Notes		*Our Posi-Tag Control Protein (PRO-133P) can be used as a helpful positive control for this antibody. This product is also useful in western analysis when combined with our anti-BIOT antibody (PRB-167P).
Storage		Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody. For long-term storage, keep the antibody at -80°C.
