20X Borate Buffer	Ideal for protein modification procedures requiring amine free buffer at alkaline pH.
20X Tris-acetate-EDTA (TAE) Buffer	Historically the most common buffer used for agarose gel electrophoresis in the analyses of nucleic acids.
10X Tris-borate-EDTA (TBE) Buffer	Often used for agarose gel electrophoresis in the analysis of nucleic acids.
20X Modified Dulbecco’s PBS Buffer	Used for wash buffers and antibody diluents in applications such as ELISA, Western blotting and other immunoassays.
20X Modified Dulbecco’s PBS Tween-20 Buffer	A wash buffer for ELISA, Western and other Immunoassays as well as a blocking buffer for plate based assays.

20X Tris-HEPES SDS Buffer	A running buffer for Tris-HEPES electrophoresis with Precise Precast Gels.
10X Pierce Western Blot Transfer Buffer	A Western blot transfer buffer for transferring proteins from SDS-PAGE gels to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. This transfer buffer is compatible with tank transfer units and is specifically formulated to be used without methanol and without chilling.
