操作过程：

DNA Size Selection （DNA 特定片段筛选）是NGS样本建库过程中必备的一个实验流程，它的目的是把打断后的DNA筛选为特定区间范围的DNA，比如300-600bp或 200-400bp，特定片段长度的数据才能保证测序结果的有效性。SPRIselect试剂盒能够进行Left-side Size selection、Right-side Size Selection和Double size selection，满足核酸不同长度范围的需求。
