pCMVTNT™ Vector
pCMVTNTTM Vector(a,b)和pTNTTM Vector(b)专为在体内和体外表达系统中方便表达克隆基因设计。SP6和T7聚合酶启动子前后相接,毗临多克隆位点,这种设计允许基于SP6和T7偶联的体外转录/翻译
系统进行基因表达。RNA噬菌体启动子的存在可以满足高效的RNA体外合成需要。两种载体都带有5`端b球蛋白前导序列,据报道该序列可增强某些基因的体外表达(1,2)。对于体内蛋白表达,载体含有一个CMV增强子/启动子区域,在多种细胞系中该区域可保证稳定的组成型表达(3)。b球蛋白/IgG嵌合的内含子位于CMV增强/启动子的下游,晚期SV40多聚腺苷酸化位点位于多克隆位点的下游。
