简介:白细胞介素-4(白介素-4, Interleukin-4, IL-4)是II型辅助T细胞(Th2细胞)分泌的细胞因子。白细胞介素-4的生物作用,包括刺激活化B细胞和T细胞增殖、CD4+T细胞分化成II型辅助T细胞,它也在调节体液免疫和适应性免疫中起关键作用。白细胞介素-4诱导B细胞抗体类别转换向IgE,上调第二型主要组织兼容性复合体的产生。在人类IL-4主要由活化T细胞产生。在小鼠由Th2亚群产生。此外,肥大细胞、IL-2刺激小鼠T细胞系2.19、ConA刺激人Th克隆2F1、小鼠胸腺瘤EL-4细胞以及B细胞系CH12均能分泌IL-4。
生物作用:包括刺激活化B细胞和T细胞增殖、CD4+T细胞分化成II型辅助T细胞,它也在调节体液免疫和适应性免疫中起关键作用。白细胞介素-4诱导B细胞抗体类别转换向IgE,上调第二型主要组织兼容性复合体的产生。此外,IL-4对于B细胞、T细胞、肥大细胞、巨噬细胞和造细胞都有免疫调节作用。
本产品系由哺乳动物细胞表达体系(HEK293)经细胞培养、分离和高度纯化后经冻干制成。由130个氨基酸残基组成多肽链,分子量为15.1kDa。

本产品为无菌冻干粉剂,由含有 10mM ***酸盐pH为 7.2的蛋白溶液经0.2um过滤后分装冻干。

使用说明:

复溶后的细胞因子:4℃可稳定储存4-7天;长期保存请分装后存放于-20℃,可稳定保存至少三个月。

STORAGE AND STABILITY
白介素5(IL5)重组蛋白Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8oC for one month. Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37oC for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. (Referring from China Biological Products Standard, which was calculated by the Arrhenius equation.) The loss of this protein is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
