产品描述

RU 28318钾盐（奥孕酸钾）是一种特异高效的盐皮质***受体（MR）拮抗剂，长时间注射RU28318可显著、稳定、可逆的抑制醛固***产生。RU28318可以抑制合成的ACTH或血管紧缩素II类似物诱导醛固***分泌^[1]。对肾上腺切除的大鼠进行RU 28318急性治疗，发现剂量为10-50mg/kg的RU 28318能够选择性减少体外活体海马组织中发生的MR结合。同时功能试验还表明RU 28318阻断了盐***（aldosterone）对盐摄入的平衡调控机制 ^[2]。另外，RU28318还可以明显降低大鼠收缩压 ^[3,4]。
