产品描述

nor-NOHA是一种强效的，选择性竞争的arginase抑制剂，在IFN-γ + LPS刺激的巨噬细胞中IC₅₀ 为10 ± 3 μM。 nor-NOHA抑制非刺激的小鼠巨噬细胞催化的L精氨酸水解为L鸟氨酸的作用比NOHA高40倍（(IC₅₀ =12 ± 5μM)），另外，nor-NOHA也不是iNOS的底物和抑制剂^[1]。nor-NOHA提高精氨酸水平并显著提高器官移植动物的肝损伤，但不影响多胺的合成^[2,3]。
