fMLP (N-Formyl-Met-Leu-Phe) 是一种强效嗜中性粒细胞趋化肽,能诱导白细胞的趋化性和巨噬细胞的激活,也是FPR的激动剂 [1,2,3]N-Formyl-Met-Leu-Phe能诱导巨噬细胞代谢爆发,并伴随有呼吸速率增加,溶酶体酶分泌和超氧阴离子的产生 [2]N-Formyl-Met-Leu-P能诱导DMSO分化的HL-60细胞氧化爆发,这一过程需要Hsp90的激活,但不需要完整的微管 [4]
