产品描述Okadaic Acid, Potassium 是Okadaic acid(OA)的钾盐形式,是一种非佛波醇型肿瘤促进剂 [1],可以抑制PP1和PP2A的活性,其IC50 分别为15-20 nM和0.1 nM。与PP1相比,Okadaic acid对PP2B的活性较低,对PP2C无抑制效果。Okadaic acid不影响酪氨酸***酸酶,碱性***酸酶,酸性***酸酶的活性,是研究细胞内***酸化过程的有力工具[2-3]。同时,okadaic acid可以诱导平滑肌纤维收缩[4。Okadaic acid还能诱导人成骨细胞(Saos-2,MG63)[5]、人乳腺癌细胞(MB-231,MCF7)[6]和骨髓细胞的凋亡,但能抑制糖皮质***诱导T细胞杂交瘤细胞凋亡[7]。相比于游离酸,冈田酸钾盐在有机溶剂中有更高的稳定性。
