Tris-Glycine-SDS transfer buffer（粉剂）
产品简介
Tris-Glycine-SDS transfer buffer为预混干粉，精选优质原料，经过特殊加工处理，呈白色粉末状，溶解性好，使用起来方便快捷。组分浓度为：48mM Tris PH 8.3；39mM glycine；0.037% SDS(w/v),可配制成1L溶液。 
保存条件
加入约600mlddH2O，充分搅拌溶解后定容至800ml,再加入200ml甲醇，于室温保存。
