【测定意义】 苹果酸脱氢酶是细胞溶酶体中的一种氧化还原酶。苹果酸脱氢酶（Malate Dehydrogenase）活性增高见于心肌梗死、溶血性疾病、巨幼红细胞贫血、镰刀型红细胞贫血、急性肝病、癌转移。

【测试原理】 苹果酸脱氢酶（MDH）催化的氧化还原反应伴随着340nm处吸光度的降低，通过测定每分钟吸光度的变化来计算苹果酸脱氢酶的活力。

【测试方法】化学比色法。

【所需仪器】恒温水浴箱，可见光分光光度计/全自动/半自动生化分析仪/酶标仪(可用其中之一进行比色)。
