产品描述
本产品由克隆有Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase基因的大肠杆菌表达并经过多步纯化精制得到，不含核酸内切酶、核酸外切酶以及细菌DNA。对于常规的PCR实验，Taq DNA Polymerase是最经济、最可靠的选择。反应的缓冲体系已经过优化，兼顾了扩增特异性和扩增效率。
PCR产物的3′端带A，可克隆至T载体，并适用于ClonExpress II快速克隆试剂盒(C112-01/02)。附带的PCR Enhancer可有助于高GC含量模板的扩增。2 × Master Mix包含Taq DNA Polymerase，dNTP以及优化的缓冲体系，只需加入引物和模板即可进行扩增，减少了移液操作，提高了通量和结果的重现性。含染料的Master Mix可在PCR反应结束后直接进行电泳。
