KAPA PROBE FAST qPCR Kits适用于所有的使用探针的定量PCR，而且能够精确定量，重复性好，应用范围广。 试剂盒中含有使用序列特异性探针如TaqMan、FRET探针和分子信标进行高灵敏度和精确性的定量PCR时可以直接使用的Master Mix。
该试剂盒在基因型、基因表达分析等研究中具有如下优点： 1.和所有使用探针的定量PCR程序和仪器都兼容 2.能够快速、准确的定量，重复性好 3.SNP基因型分析中能够准确分型 4.快速、高性能的多重定量PCR 5.应用范围广 6.Master mix 稳定性好。 1.等位基因识别的精确性和重复性 
图1：使用ABI序列检测体统（SDS）2.3软件对168个人类基因组DNA样品均能准确分型（置信度为95%）。使用ABI 7900HT定量PCR仪，用ATP1B3 SNP基因型分析方法可以对168个人类基因组中除了24个非模板对照的人类基因组进行准确分型。 2.快速、高性能的多重定量PCR（5种颜色）。如下图： 
3.所有的定量PCR仪的反应效率和重复性都很好。如下图：用普通定量PCR仪（蓝色）和快速定量PCR（橙色）的扩增效率和重复性都很好。 
4.对样品中低拷贝的检测具有精确性高和重复性好的特点。如下图：
