[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH7.2-pH7.4.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target
protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test,
that is, incubate the protein at 37oC for 48h, and no obvious degradation and
precipitation were observed. (Referring from China Biological Products Standard,
which was calculated by the Arrhenius equation.) The loss of this protein is less
than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

注意:本品具有一定的腐蚀性,喷雾时戴手套和口罩,严禁接触眼睛。

 

使用方法:

水的处理

直接将固相RNase清除剂原液按1:1000的比例加入到需要处理的水中,混合均匀后室温放置24小时即可直接使用,得到的水可以配制电泳溶液和裂解液。但如果需要溶解RNA,建议使用RNAsafe高效RNA酶灭活剂。

 

工作平台的清洁:

直接将固相RNase清除剂原液或10倍的新鲜稀释液喷于台面,5分钟后用普通吸水纸擦净,最后用沾有固相RNase清除剂1000倍新鲜稀释液的吸水纸擦净,晾干。

注意:

由于一般的工作平台RNase污染都很严重,BioTeke建议使用固相 RNase 清除剂原液或十倍的新鲜稀释液(新鲜稀释液的存放时间不要超过一天),不要使用稀释度大于十倍的稀释液。

 

实验仪器的清洁:

用浸有固相 RNase 清除剂原液或10倍的新鲜稀释液的纸擦拭仪器表面,再用吸水纸擦净,最后用沾有固相RNase清除剂1000倍新鲜稀释液的吸水纸擦净,晾干。用固相RNase清除剂原液处理金属器械的时间不能超过5分钟。
