EVOM2膜电位仪是美国WPI公司继EVOM型膜电位仪之后推出的第二代产品,用于生物组织培养研究中跨膜上皮细胞电阻抗测量(Trans EpithelialElectrical Resistance,TEER),是该项目的常规检测设备。众所周知,TEER方法是目前已知的最方便、非破坏性、结果稳定可靠的跨膜上皮细胞监测方法,EVOM2可有效进行TEER的测量,判断单层上皮细胞的生长健康状况及长生速度,并可实现单位电阻抗(unit area resistance)的精密测量。EVOM2有一个极易阅读的超大显示屏以及BNC标准(模拟信号)的记录信号输出,可实现检测数据的实时记录。
EVOM2膜电位仪采用EVOM单值电流探头和的STX2电极(标配),形成一个独特的电流环路,监测和记录TEER数值的升高,以此来判断培养皿中单层生长的贴壁组织细胞的生长富集情况。检测24孔或96孔标准培养板仅需几分钟。 EVOM2膜电位仪和配套的STX2电极一般用于定性检测细胞单层的生长健康状况和细胞生长富集数量的量化检测,如EVOM2配合WPI提供的”Endohm chamber”检测腔配件,可进一步用于精确的跨膜内皮细胞电阻抗测量。
