美国 RayBiotech公司出品的系列ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay)试剂盒，可以特异和准确地检测蛋白水平。适用于血浆，血清，细胞培养上清液，细胞裂解液，尿液等体液。首先将特异性抗体包被在96孔板子上，然后加入所检测的样本或者标准品。经过温育后，非特性的蛋白将被洗脱掉。然后生物素标记的二抗和HRP标记的亲和素，最后加入TMB显色，并通过酶标仪器（450nm)来得到最终的结果。
