The reagent is mild, requires minimal amount of detergent for cell lysis, and the detergent is dialyzable. The simple composition of this reagent is compatible with many different applications, such as reporter assays (e.g. PKA, PKC, and tyrosine kinase), immunoassays (e.g. Westrenblots, ELISAs, RIAs) and Protein extraction.
