Introduction Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Extraction Kits provides a complete system that enable stepwise separation and preparation of cytoplasmic and nuclear extracts from mammalian cultured cells or tissue. The optimized reagents and procedures provided with the kit allow separation of nuclear and cytoplasmid fractions quickly with little or no cross-contaminations. Nuclear extracts obtained with the NE-PER® Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Extraction Reagents are compatible with a variety of downstream applications including Western blotting, the BCA Protein Assay, gel shift assays, reporter gene assays and enzyme activity assays.
