Western Blot | To detect hIL-6 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-6 is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions. |
