Anti-Mouse MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) APC
主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex,MHC),又称主要组织相容性复合基因,是存在于大部分脊椎动物基因组中的一个基因家族,与免疫系统密切相关,其中人类的MHC蛋白,又称为人类白血球抗原群(英語:human leukocyte antigen,简称HLA)。位于6号染色体上(6p21.31),包括一系列紧密连锁的基因座,与人类的免疫系統功能密切相关。其中部分基因编码細胞表面抗原,成为每个人的细胞不可混淆的特征,是免疫系统区分本身和异体物质的基础。 MHC II类 (MHC-II) 蛋白在细胞免疫中发挥了重要的作用,他们的表达主要是通过无DNA结合转录因子 CIITA (MHC II类 反式作用子)来调节。CIITA 的表达通过IFN-γ上调并返回来增强MHC-II的表达和抑制胶原质的表达。CIITA只有少数的转录靶标, 而且绝大多数参与到MHC介导的抗原表达。CIITA的突变与免疫缺陷遗传病赤裸的淋巴细胞(BLS)综合症有关,它的一个重要的特点是几乎没有MHC-II的表达(也叫做MHC-II缺陷)。 同时使用Anti-Mouse CD3e FITC (cat. 11- 0031) 和0.015 ug Anti-Mouse MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) APC (右)对C57BL/6脾细胞染色,同型对照为0.015 ug Rat IgG2b K Isotype Control APC (cat. 17- 4031) (左)。 1) Unternaehrer JJ, Chow A, et al. 2007.
