The use of NHS-activated Sepharose™ High Performance is illustrated by the purification of anti-mouse Fc-IgG from sheep antiserum after coupling mouse IgG to HiTrap™ NHS-activated. The contents of the different fractions were analysed by SDS-PAGE using PhastSystem™ and Goomassie staining.
