香烟烟雾发生器、吸烟机Smoke Generator / Smoking Machine可以用于建立小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠的COPD模型。该吸烟机配合暴露箱或暴露塔使用，其简约式的设计综合了自动化及低成本的优势。

 

1． 可连续自动点燃1~20只香烟，无明火。并模拟人“吸”烟模式，调整吸烟的频率、深度、间隔时间。同时通过内部管路设计把一手烟（吸出来的烟），二手烟（燃烧自然产生的烟）分开，按需要导入动物箱体，以达到研究不同烟雾对动物影响和致病的课题；

2． 用途：用于对肺部疾病（如COPD等）临床前研究实验中，该设备用于建立小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠的COPD模型；
