PMSF, 1µg/ml of pepstatin A, 5µg/ml of aprotinin, 5µg/ml of leupeptin)制备的。细胞碎片通过离心去除。蛋白浓度通过Bio-Rad蛋白检测确定。细胞裂解物用非还原的包含5%β-***的样本缓冲液(50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.8, 5% glycerol, 1% SDS, 0.002% bromphenol
