小鼠胚胎干细胞基础培养基

经过BI公司优化的基础培养基可用作维持和增殖小鼠胚胎干细胞,效果较其他品牌更为显著。只需添加牛血清或和任何为小鼠干细胞培养专门设计的添加剂(如:血清替代品 Serum replacement)即可使用。培养基含有一定量的谷氨酰胺二肽,在2-8ºC时可保持至少18个月的稳定性。
