Specificity		Signet’s monoclonal ICBP90 antibody, clone 1RC1C-10, recognizes the 90kDa DNA-binding protein ICBP90, a protein involved in the regulation of topoisomerase IIα gene expression.
Uses		This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Suggested Working Dilution		The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. IHC: ≥1:10 (concentrated format) with biotin based detection systems such as Signet's USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection (SIG-32250). Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as Retrieve-All 1 (SIG-31910). Incubation: 60 minutes at room temperature
